With the Report Bundle function you can print one report, or save it to file, from several units in one go. The output file can be an xlsx or a pdf file.
Note that if the report contains a print area, only the print area is printed (otherwise the whole sheet is printed). If the workbook contains more than one sheet, only the active one is printed.
When saving to file, all sheets are saved to XLSX, and only the active sheet to PDF. If the report contains a print area, only the print area is saved to PDF (otherwise the whole active sheet).
This functionality is available if so set by administrative user in the task settings.
To print or save a report bundle:
1.On the Basic Options tab, select the dimensions and units for which you want to print or save the report bundle. Depending on the task settings, it may be possible to select several units for one dimension (by holding down the CTRL key). This setting is dimension-specific.
2.Click Report Bundle. The Report Bundle dialogue box shows a list of dimension and unit combinations that will be generated. The list is generated based on the task settings (refer to Clausion Financial Performance Management User Interface Task Parameters). If you want to hide the list, click Hide.
3.Under Select Report Bundle Destination, select whether you want to save the results to files (To file) or print them (To printer).
4.If you want to change the default file path or printer, type a new path or printer in the text field or click and select a new path or printer. The output file can be an xlsx or a pdf file.
5.Click Start to start the printing or saving. The status of the individual dimension combinations is shown in the Status column. The status of the whole operation is shown in the status bar at the bottom of the window.
If you want to cancel the printing/saving while it is running, click Abort. The operations that had already been started will be finished.
After the printing or saving has been completed, a message is shown in the dialogue box. If any errors occur during the operation, a list of errors is displayed. The errors are listed according to error groups.
