The account chart controls the calculation and reporting in the system. Accounts can be arranged to different hierarchies for different reporting purposes.

Users who have administrator rights have 'write' rights to the account management functions. Other users have 'read' rights.

Note! Several users cannot edit the data on Accounts management view at the same time. If another user is using the function when you open it, a warning appears at the top of the view. Click the Warning link to view the details of who is currently using the function. When a screen is reserved by another user, you can view the data on the screen, but you cannot add new accounts and the Save button does not activate when you edit the data.
