You can save accounts from the Clausion FPM system to an XML or CSV file.

1.If you want to save only selected accounts and not the whole account chart, select a branch to save. You can select several accounts or branches (including all accounts hierarchically below it) at the same time.

2.Click Save to File.

3.Select the location were you want to save the file, type a name for it, and select the file type: XML or CSV.

4.To save the whole account chart, select Save all accounts under Save type. To save only the level(s) you selected in step 1, select Save selected accounts.

5.Click Save.
