New document series parameters for cash flow reporting

More flexibility to select which series to include in cash flow statements in separate vs. consolidated statements (IFRS and FAS). COMPANY parameters are used in unit columns in "by unit" cash flow reports. Company reports still include also elimination type of series.

New parameters:

• CASHFLOW_IFRS
• CASHFLOW_COMPANY_IFRS
• CASHFLOW_FAS
• CASHFLOW_COMPANY_FAS

Each new global parameter for cash flow documents combines 4 existing parameters (financial statement, opening balance, adjustments to cash flow, and business arrangements). In reports and user interface task definitions, one parameter is used instead of the previous four parameters, which makes it easier to manage changes.

NEXT has been set as default generatetype for dim00 generation in reports, level is defined as value of global parameter (DIM00NEXTGENERATELEVEL).

Using global parameters like this is possible starting from Clausion FPM version 22.07.
