New FPM parameter %DDTEMPLATE% for default drill-down template

A new parameter %DDTEMPLATE% for default drill-down template has been added to custom parameters in Clausion FPM version 21.09. In all default templates, "BW_DT101" is now replaced with this new parameter. Note: If Clausion FPM Package is updated to an environment with an older version of Clausion FPM, the custom parameter must be added manually.
