Introduction

This document includes information about the new features, other improvements, and corrected known issues implemented in the Clausion FPM 24.04 general availability version.

The previous general availability release is Clausion 24.03.

New Features and Other Improvements

The new online help sites: Search with version tags

You can search content in the new online user helps with version tags to find version-specific updates:Version tag example in the English online help site: [v24.03 and later:]

Simply type or copy the version tag with the version number you want to the search field, press the Enter key and the search returns pages as results where the version tag in question is used. The new online helps are available in Web Client from version 24.02 and later and in Desktop Client from version 24.03 and later. The version history marked with the version tags begins from version 24.01.

Conditional formatting for drill-down cells of an input template

Feature ID: FD-13887

A conditional formatting (background color) has been added on BW_IT202 Internal Transactions by Drill-down, 1 period (10 000 and 20 000) template to highlight the possibility for drill-down for accounts whose Account Type is internal. The conditional formatting appears on the cells of the 20 000 document series column.

Internal Data Transfer (IDT): Delete source data selection is not working if you have added quarter periods to the environment

You can execute IDT with the Delete source data option even after adding quarter periods on the environment. The quarter periods are left out from the IDT execution.

Data Uploader: Wildcard is not working with overrided #FILEDATADELIMETER parameter in FILE STEP

The #FILEDATADELIMETER parameter value in the FILE STEP is overriding the #FILEDATADELIMETER value in the Integration executor configuration file as expected. Wildcard feature works fine with #FILEDATADELIMETER in FILE step and data is transferred successfully.

Locked cells now remain locked after clicking Save to File.

Integration run fails if it includes only SQL Steps

You can run the integration with expected results also when it includes only SQL steps.

When data type connections are made, it is not checked across all hierarchies if there is data on the parent level of the unit

With the selected year, data type selection checks across all hierarchies if the parent level of an input unit already includes data. If it does include data, you receive a warning message.

Web Client: User interface is grayed out randomly when opening multiple different templates

You can open templates without any issues and once a template opens, the correct information is displayed on it.

Web Client: Confirmation message about unsaved changes not displayed if user interface language selection is other than English

You get a validation message about unsaved changes regardless of your user interface language selection, and the message is in the same language as your user interface.

More than one file is downloaded when saving to file on Drill-Down or Drill-Down Cumulative (TR) Template. In addition, a print dialog is prompted multiple times.

Only one file is downloaded when you click Save to File option on Drill-Down or Drill-Down Cumulative (TR) Template. In addition, Print option opens the preview window only once.

If Replace target data is checked for a dimension, Input Data Calculation (IDC) is performed also on source data

When you have checked Replace target data for a dimension and run IDT, the following IDC is executed only on target data if Delete source data is unchecked. However, if Delete source data is checked, IDC is executed on both source and target data.
