AES encryption for drill down

You can use a new encryption type(AES) to open invoices through TR drill down. Earlier only SHA encryption was available.

Parameters can be used in "ExternalApplication" tasks

You can use the %YEAR CODE%, %PERIOD CODE%, %USER EMAIL%, and %DATA TYPE CODE% parameters in the UI task of External applications. The values of the parameters are fetched from the selection screen that you have selected in the Web Client and they are resolved in the URL.

Removal of document series

In Document Series Management, you can now delete a document series in both Desktop and Web Client. To delete a document series, remove value from the Type column and save. You get a notification if you try to delete a document series containing data. Please note that deleting series removes also dependent data from Series Dependencies and Name of Document Series sheets. Any Automatic Counter Entry (ACE) rules created for the series are also deleted. After you have deleted a particular document series, restart the Desktop Client to get the document series removed from ACE Management. Please note that related ACE rules are deleted as well and make sure you document the ACE rules (save to Excel) before deleting voucher series.

Status bar under templates with Sum, Average, and Count

In Web Client, you can view the Sum, Average and Count of values of selected cells in Input and Report Templates. If you select cells containing alphabetic or alphanumeric data, only the Count of cells with values is displayed. You can see the Sum, Count and Average in the status bar below the template footer scroll bar, similarly to a spreadsheet or an Excel sheet. You can right-click the status bar to select which values to show.
