Introduction
This document includes information about the new features, other improvements, and corrected known issues implemented in the general availability version Clausion FPM 22.01.
The previous general availability release is Clausion FPM 21.10.
New Features and Other Improvements
XBRL Templates: Saving mapping with invalid rows (warning shown)
XBRL template mapping is now saved also if not all data in mapping is valid or data is missing.
User gets a warning on invalid values, and those values are not saved (#null or empty in DB).
Also if mandatory data is missing from the mapping, the valid values are saved. The warning message in FPM version 22.01 refers only to invalid values, and does not show on which rows values are missing.
Starting from FPM version 22.01 dimension hierarchy and unit settings are mandatory. In the previous version empty was acceptable, and the report was working fine. After the update, the template does not validate before the user fills in parameters or other values. These empty cells may appear in templates that were created by scripts to the database.
XBRL/SBR, z-axis: Templates and mapping for entry points ATPT and KKTPP
It is possible to set dimension units for creating XBRL instance document including service sector (palveluluokitus) dimension, and define which member codes they get for proper reporting according to entry points KKTPP and ATPT.
To get a truly valid instance for State Treasury requires adding zero values for required data points. Still FPM has no recognition of the required facts/context references, and creating a valid instance requires adding units for all service classes, and reporting a huge amount of unrequired zero values too. This is by no means a practical solution, if the reporting entity has data only for a fraction of the possible service classes.
Corrected Known Issues
Issue ID | Issue | Resolution |
---|---|---|
FD-2694 | Clausion FPM Web Client: Portion% nulls on second save of a 60 000 card |
Previously in the Web Client, the portion% nulls were removed when saving the 60 000 card the second time. The issue has now been fixed and the portion% nulls are not removed when saving the 60 000 cards the second time or all the time. |
FD-2591 | Clausion FPM Web Client: Data is saved as seen on the screen, not with entered decimals |
Previously, data in the FPM Web Client input template was saved to the database as seen on the screen. This was an issue if the user inputted data with (several) decimals and the template cell formatting is set, for example, to no decimals, the inputted decimals were not saved to the database. The issue has now been fixed and the inputted decimals are saved to the database even if cell formatting does not show them on a template. |
FD-2418 | XBRL Templates: Open breakdown generation uses incorrect year |
Previously, the hierarchy was generated according to the year used in the open breakdown pop-up dialogue box for selecting units. The issue has now been fixed, and the unit hierarchy for open breakdown is generated based on the year selected in the UI task options. If open breakdown units are not present in the selection year unit hierarchy, a validation message for missing units is displayed. |
FD-2083 | Clausion FPM Web Client: Original periodizing pattern reappears even if periodizing was unlocked |
Previously, in the Clausion FPM Web Client the original periodizing pattern reappeared even if periodizing was unlocked and the values were changed. The issue has now been fixed. The periodizing pattern is removed after unlocking periodizing, also after saving and refreshing, and data can be entered in the period. Now the Web Client works in the same way as the Desktop Client in such a case. |
