Path: <document><externalfiles> Contains the settings for external Excel workbooks added as attachments to the input or report template. |
Path: <externalfiles><externalfile> Contains the settings of one external Excel workbook. |
Path: <externalfiles><externalfile><url> Defines the name of the external Excel file to be attached to the input or report template. Special characters can be used in the file name, excluding the following: \ / : * ? " < > |. Variables can be used for naming external workbook files in input templates. The name of the Excel file is then created based on the variables when the external workbook is saved. For more information on variables, see Input and Report Template Variables. Destination folder of the external file is defined using the Parameters custom template (more information in Clausion Financial Performance Management Administrator's Guide). Path: <externalfiles><externalfile><headers><header> Defines the name of the external Excel workbook sheet (the text shown on the sheet tab). Attributes language: Language identifier that defines the language of the external Excel workbook sheet name. The workbook sheet name is displayed according to the active language. Possible values: •Languages used in the system. |
