You can add your frequently used input and report templates and Input Data Calculation options to your Favourites view. Select the options that you use often, such as dimension, data type, financial year, and save the task to your favourites. You can then open the task with the same options directly from your Favourites view.
Note that if an administrative user removes a task from the user interface, the favourites based on the task also disappear from your Favourites view. In problem situations, contact your administrative user.
1.Select the options for the task to be saved (see Opening Report Templates).
2.Click Save to Favourites.
3.Type a name for the task in the Favourite Name field. This name will be shown for the task in your Favourites list.
4.Click OK.
To edit the options of your favourites, click Edit in the Favourites view.
Note that the order of the folders cannot be changed. The folders are automatically created and placed in the view based on the order of the folders in the navigation tree. If the folder order is changed in User Interface Management, it will be updated correspondingly in Favourites.
Deleting items in the Favourites view only deletes them from your personal favourites. The items will still be available under the original tasks and you can add them back to your favourites any time you want.
